Een groot voordeel van een rijinstructeur worden is dat je hele goede baankansen hebt. De meeste scholen bieden je gegarandeerd een baan aan, waardoor je zeker weet dat je investering het waard is. Het loon van een rijinstructeur is iets onder modaal, maar je krijgt er veel voor terug. De baan is erg divers en sociaal: elke dag ziet er net anders uit, omdat elke leerling een speciale aanpak vereist.
