Training Lean, is vergelijkbaar met Oostere vechtsporten. Dit komt omdat de Lean trainingen zijn opgedeeld op een bandstructuur die ze ook toepassen bij die vechtsporten. Maar dit is ook gelijk de enige overeenkomst. Bij een training Lean worden geen banden uitgegeven. Om Lean succesvol te implementeren heb je juist een goede verdeling nodig van de verschillende ‘belts’ binnen een team. Je vraagt je misschien af welke trainingen zijn er? Of welke training past bij mij? Dat gaan we in deze blog beantwoorden!

Welke trainingen zijn er?

Bij Lean heb je 5 Belts om te volgen, met allen steeds een uitbreiding aan informatie en onderwerpen. De 5 Lean trainingen die je kunt volgen zijn:

  • Lean White Belt
  • Lean Yellow Belt
  • Lean Orange Belt
  • Lean Green Belt
  • Lean Black Belt

Het voordeel van deze trainingen is dat je ze ook online kunt volgen. E-learning op een heel ander niveau! Lean trainingen kunnen ook fysiek zijn, zowel overdag als in de avond. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen om interne opleidingen toe te passen. Wat ook niet onbelangrijk is, een E-learning is goedkoper als een reguliere training.

Wat houden de Lean trainingen in?

Lean White Belt

Bij de White Belt krijg je meer te weten over de achtergronden van Lean en de filosofie van continu verbeteren. Je gaat kennis maken met een aantal Lean technieken, na de training weet je hoe ze werken en het resultaat ervan. Gemiddeld duurt de training 12 uur om online door te lopen.

Lean Yellow Belt

Na een Yellow Belt training beschik je over de basiskennis van Lean. Je leert continu proberen te verbeteren, heel handig als je dit moet doen in je team. Na de training herken je verspillingen, je weet hoe je quick wins implementeert en hoe je dit in diverse situaties toe moet passen.

Lean Orange Belt

Als je de Orange belt hebt gehaald, kun je actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continu verbeteren. Je kunt verspillingen herkennen, quick wins kun je implementeren en je weet hoe je verschillende Lean-technieken kunt toepassen. Je kunt zelfstanding kleinere verbeterprojecten organiseren en hier de leiding over nemen.

Lean Green Belt

In de Green Belt training leer je problemen te analyseren en deze blijvend op te lossen. Je kunt workshops faciliteren en Brown Paper-sessies leiden. Tijdens de training doorloop je de 5 fases van Lean: DMAIC. Binnen deze training is houding en gedrag binnen een organisatie heel belangrijk. Je besteed daarom ook aandacht aan faciliteren, presenteren en communiceren tijdens de Green Belt training.

Lean Black Belt

Bij de Black Belt training doorloop je ook de 5 fases: DMAIC. Hierbij zijn houding en gedrag binnen de organisatie belangrijke aspecten. De aspecten faciliteren, coaching en communiceren worden centraal gesteld in de Black Belt training. Deze training duurt 5 hele dagen.
