Redenen om een agile cursus te volgen

Effectief en efficiënt samen werken aan een product of dienst kan op verschillende manieren. Er verschijnen steeds meer werkmethodieken. Een van de meest gebruikte methodes bij bedrijven, organisaties en instellingen is Agile werken. Door als organisatie op een Agile manier te werken profiteer je van vele voordelen. In dit artikel hebben wij een aantal redenen om een agile cursus te volgen op een rijtje gezet!

Reden 1. Feedback van opdrachtgevers

Het duidelijk in kaart brengen van de wensen van opdrachtgevers blijft lastig, zeker als opdrachtgevers regelmatig aanpassingen doorgeven tijdens het werkproces. Vaak wordt er veel tijd verspild aan dingen die de klant niet wil hebben. Door de sprints in de Scrum methode krijg je bij iedere zogenoemde “sprint”, van meestal 2 weken, duidelijk feedback. Deze feedback kan je goed gebruiken bij de volgende sprint. Zo weet je dat het gehele team bezig is met het ontwikkelen van de juiste diensten of producten.

Reden 2. Vermindering van risico’s

Met Agile werken verklein je het risico op het opleveren van de verkeerde producten of diensten. Door de sprints waarin gewerkt wordt kan je snel opleveren en krijg je regelmatig feedback voor aanpassingen en/of feedback.

Reden 3. Betere kwaliteit

De kwaliteit van nieuwe producten of diensten is natuurlijk enorm belangrijk. Met Agile werken wordt het eindproduct of dienst enorm veel beter. Door de regelmatige sprints en de vele feedback kan je op tijd de beste resultaten voor klanten leveren.

Reden 4. Gemotiveerde medewerkers

Kan de bedrijfscultuur wel wat verbetering gebruiken? Dan is het overgaan op een Agile werkmethodiek een goede optie. Tegenwoordig is Agile werken zelfs erg populair bij bedrijven en organisaties. Agile werken zorgt voor zelfsturende teams die werken met een gezamenlijk doel. Als je Agile werken goed implementeert binnen jouw organisatie, dan zorgt dat voor meer werkplezier.
